Dr. Partha Ghosh assist’s leadership teams of organizations including multinationals to start-ups conceive & conceptualize, design & develop, experiment and execute “transformational, yet practical” programs to secure extra-ordinary strategic and financial gains.
Powered by his close to 40 years of problem solving experience across nations for multinationals and high-tech start-ups, and a range of unique forward looking frameworks (to inspire conceptual breakthroughs), Dr Ghosh essentially serves to unlock hidden, often untapped and/or rarely orchestrated knowledge, skills of an organization, - to serve possibilities unexplored or often missed at early stage of development of the “Next Big Thing”.
In short, Dr. Ghosh helps organizations—corporate and government across communities and nations, to be wiser in their resolve, more genuine in their actions in mobilizing inner strengths (visible and/or often invisible) to intelligently explore new & unorthodox possibilities toward a higher level purpose.
Partha Ghosh believes that in an era of knowledge explosion, organizations, large or small, will have increasing opportunities to advance the socioeconomic promise of our civilization. Dr. Ghosh particularly believes that when organizations could unlock themselves from their internal intellectual and cultural constraints that frequently get shaped by past successes, it should be relatively easier to spread the “enthusiasm of learning” in uncovering “unorthodox opportunities of economic & financial growth.
It is the firm conviction of Dr. Ghosh , that in the next 10 to 15 years, - as multiple technologies converge, as digitization further elevates/enhances the “value of information”, - life cycle of business models will be shortening, continually challenging established models, as the new ones are born. Most, if not all industries, as a result will experience “tectonic” phase shifts changing the fundamental DNA of industries.
In view of the above, Partha Ghosh through “high intensity” inspirational workshops customized to serve leadership of our clients, uncover inner instincts that could enable “unorthodox” strategic moves and/or innovate new business & organizational models. At the core of our approach (unlike typical consulting firms) is a fundamental belief that most organizations have within, - the essential knowledge, the creative ferment, and the core skills that are required for transformational moves; unfortunately, most often such essential assets (inner forces of self-expression) remain dormant and/or hidden, or unexplored within the walls of legacy systems, constraints of “cultural rigidity” and/or “intellectual lethargy” to step out of comfort zones.
How are the workshops organized?
Typically, following a series of involved discussions with top management of our clients Dr. Ghosh first establishes a clear consensus on what might be the specific issues(s) that he, along with the leadership of his clients should focus on. Second, he designs the workshop(s) which include - a mix of two to three up to twelve to fifteen sessions; the individual sessions (each session could be about 3 to 5 hours long) are tailored to serve specific issues unique to our clients. Third in the conduct of sessions through “customized exercises” - that are sensitive to variances/differentials that might be prevalent in an organization, “out of the box” thinking and “imaginative instincts” are triggered. Fourth, at the end of the program Dr. Ghosh with his team will help the participants define the likely outcome/value of the workshop, in turn build consensus on the likely path(s) forward, and then define the next steps that will lead to change programs. Finally, the Dr. Ghosh and his esteemed team members based on thier own observations and experience in the conduct of the sessions, will document the essential guidelines/strategic initiatives that leadership of our clients should consider launching in inspiring the “transformational shift”.
Following such workshops, to experiment, to prove-in and/or to accelerate the operationalization of breakthrough moves, - for specific initiatives, as required dedicated teams work with our clients to work through the unknowns in a systematic but high speed fashion. Such supports, for example might include, - assessing deeper understanding of the competitive space, examining alterative ways a new business model might be rolled out across market segments, creating a new eco-system of partners to rapidly scale a new value proposition, or accelerating leadership development across nations.
